Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for our patients. We accept most medical insurance policies. Please call our office at Healthy Sleep Solutions Phone Number 559.325.8450 and our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Payment options:

• Cash or Check: If the balance is paid in full with cash or check on initial visit, a 10% discount will be applied to the balance. Please note this discount is for patients who do not have medical insurance or choose not to use it. If insurance is utilized, this discount does not apply to the patient co-pay.
• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
• CareCredit:  Apply online or in our office. CareCredit offers monthly payment plans up to 12 months with 0% interest when paid on time.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy, we will bill your medical insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
